With long-term experiences, professional technique&QC ability, dedicated export service team and reliable cooperative suppliers, Longway has constantly expanded our portfolio to provide global customers one-stop service on custom metal parts solution and set up mature service model: casting/forging + machining + heat treatment + surface treatment + assembly.
Located in the foundry base of North China Baoding city, close to capital city Beijing and seaport Tianjin Xingang, in 2014, Baoding Longway Trading Co., Ltd was established for international business on custom metal parts.
As manufacturer, we possess a machining factory which was built in 2007. Professional technique, advanced equipment, refined quality management system and practical team are our solid foundation of producing high quality products.
As exporter, we possess an exporting service team and many reliable suppliers, which make us to provide contract manufacturing outsourcing to meet various customer demands and offer potent technical support and strict quality control.
By investment casting, clay sand casting, resin sand casting, shell mold casting, machining, and some further needed process such as heat-treatment or surface coating, we fully control every production step and do pre-shipment inspection to ensure that we provide customers with products and services that exceed their expectations.
As dedicated exporting team, we are familiar with different material standards in the world. The material involves carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, wear resistant，heat resistant and impact resistant steel, grey iron, ductile iron, ADI, copper, aluminum, etc., complied with GB, ASTM, AISI, EN, ISO, DIN, BS, JIS, etc.
