Ms. Candy Zhang graduated from Hebei University of Economics and Business in 2010 from Major of Business English. Dedicated to international trade and customer management for nearly 15 years, an expert in her field. Joined Baoding Longway in 2016, starting from zero foundation in casting and machining industry grows to a technical sales expert through unremitting efforts and pursuits, capable to assist engineer to provide customer the best solution and service efficiently. Currently serving as the Key Account Manager, he is responsible for managing a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth, and deepening long-term collaborative relationships.

With extensive experience in client relationship management and strategic sales, Ms. Candy excels at understanding the business needs and challenges of key clients. She is skilled in contract negotiations, cross-departmental collaboration, and managing complex project implementations. In addition, she actively tracks industry trends, analyzes competitor dynamics, and identifies new business opportunities to continuously expand account value and market share.

Ms. Sunny Li graduated from Yanshan University in 2008 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and began her technical career in 2011 at an integrated manufacturing and trading foundry. With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the field, she has developed deep expertise in precision metal parts production and technical coordination for global markets.

Specializing in the interpretation of international customer drawings, she transforms technical requirements into clear production documentation. She evaluates part designs to recommend optimal manufacturing processes and provides practical design‑for‑manufacturing suggestions from both technical and application perspectives. She is also responsible for PPAP preparation, process optimization, and solving technical challenges throughout the production cycle.

Mr. An Chao  Quality Control & Inspection Manager

Mr. An Chao is a driven and solution-focused professional. He has accumulated over 15 years of quality control management experience in the manufacturing industry, beginning as a Quality Assurance Engineer and progressively advancing to the role of Quality Control & Inspection Manager. He is well-versed in international quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.) and is adept at improving quality performance and enhancing product compliance. 

Mr. An Chao possesses extensive practical experience in the entire quality management lifecycle. He is responsible for establishing and optimizing quality management systems, leading quality inspection teams to conduct raw material, in-process, and finished product inspections, and driving continuous improvement in product quality. He is also skilled in using statistical analysis and quality tools (e.g. FMEA, 8D) to identify root causes of quality issues and develop effective corrective and preventive action plans.
