Ms. Ketty Sun   General Manager

Ms. Ketty Sun embarked on her business journey in 2003 in her 23th after graduated from the University where she was majored in International Economy and Trade. After worked in the export department in a medium-sized casting foundry for more than 10 years, in the year 2014, she became one of the founders of Baoding Longway Trading Co., Ltd.
Fluent oral English and good understanding to the manufacturing craft process and the export business process makes good and efficient communication in both technical and business issue with the engineer and the purchaser in customer side.
Familiar with the purchasing habit, industry standard, product requirements and the market structure for casting and forging parts in European and American.
Good understanding and fully respect to the business values and operational philosophy in American and European countries.
A firm belief in realizing carbon neutrality for industry in the near future.
A firm belief in leading Longway Company to a way of sustainable operation.

Mr. Shi Yankai   General Engineer

Mr. Shi Yankai, started his career in the year 1992 in a Taiwan funded casting foundry where he dedicated two decades of his youth, first as a pattern engineer, then a workshop director, the production manager, the quality manager, the general  engineer and finally the general manager. Form 2011-2014 he was the general engineer in charge of the technical and quality departments in a trading company devoted to casting and forging parts exporting. In the year 2014, he became one of the founders of Baoding Longway Trading Co., Ltd.
From pattern design, casting and forging to the machining, he is familiar with various of production process for metal machinery parts. Adept at lost wax casting, silica sol casting and familiar with clay sand casting, resin sand casting, molding shell casting, molding forging, free forging, CNC, machining center, swiss-type machining…… and the nuance between each process, familiar with the material standard, it’s mechanical performance and the further treatment and inspection process.
Expert at the quality management. Have a good command of the quality control process and the quality system documents management, good at quality problem prevent and analysis during the production.
Company development relay on the good faith, which makes from the good quality and timely delivery.

Ms. Candy Zhang    Global Sales Manager

Ms. Candy Zhang graduated from Hebei University of Economics and Business in 2010 from Major of Business English. Dedicated to international trade for nearly 15 years, an expert in her field. Joined Baoding Longway in 2016, starting from zero foundation in casting and machining industry grows to a technical sales person through unremitting efforts and pursuits.
Accurately understand customer demands and industry standard for castings/forgings/machined parts, plus added-knowledge on surface treatment, heat treatment, quality system etc., able to assist engineer to provide customer the best solution and service efficiently.
With a demonstrated ability in sales, negotiation, marketing development,  exhibition, documents, shipment, customer reception, customer management, problem solving, continuous improvement.  Achieving excellent results through product expansion and focused customer service.
Seeking to develop new skills to exceed the customer’s expectations and deliver more than just a service but also trust and loyalty.

Zhao Jianhui  Production Manager

Mr. Zhao Jianhui, graduated from the University in the year 2002 from Major of business management, have successively served in commercial vehicles and mining equipment companies as purchasing manager and in casting foundry as production manager. Joined Baoding Longway in 2023 and in charge  of the Production department.
More than 20 years of professional career has bestowed him with extensive expertise in manufacturing and engineering project management. Have very good general understanding and controlling ability to the supply chain and production process management.
Fully understand the casting and forging parts market trends and the industry distribution in China, quick lock to the most matching supplier for different kind of parts, very price sensitive and good at cost control.
Fully understand the key control points during the production process, grasp the specific requirements of both supplier and customer, believe in existing resources re-matching will always bring surprise，good at integrating resources and solve the problem,  very good order progress planning and controlling ability.

Ms. Lu Yamin   Quality Manager

Ms. Lu Yamin devoted her career to quality control and inspection from 1995 in her 21st in a Taiwan funded casting foundry. There she first work as a wax injection worker, a wax part inspector, then a workshop director, finally the quality manager. She became member of LONGWAY in 2015.
Longway offer her a chance to touch all kinds of machinery parts, she started to  learn and inspect them as per the westen client’s way. The parts including casting, forging, machining parts and more……, the inspection including dimension, material, mechanical performance, inner defects, hardness, corrosion, coating thickness, balancing……
Do the first piece inspection plan, the process inspection plan and the final inspection, she identify the potential risks, report and analysis the quality problem, she trains the freshman, she is in the office, she is in the lab, she is in the workshop…….
She is always in her position with her amazing enthusiasm to the work and her shinning smile. Since she believe Quality is the life of the company.

Ms. Xin Junying

Ms. Xin Junying concentrated her career in Finance from 1995. She made herself a finance director of a sand casting foundry in 15 years, and she spent another 5 years turning herself to a finance expert in a trading company. She joined Longway in the year 2014 when the company first established.
Serious, rigorous, responsible and honest, a gifted accounting, grown together with the company for 10 years, she is quite an expert in international accounting. She will continue the Longway with us in the future.
