Materials and craftsmanship

Our wood chipper and shredder blades offer a variety of materials: 55SiCr, Cr12MoV, DC53, SKD11, 9CrSi, and 6CrW2 Si. Each blade is forged and vacuum-treated (hardness HRC 58-62). With precision grinding and strict tolerance control, these blades are suitable for scenarios such as wood crushing, metal crushing, and food processing. We can provide customized shapes according to customer drawings, and support different installation grooves and thread hole designs.

1. Twigs & soft timber without sediment: 55SiCr / 6CrW2Si
2. Hardwood & lumber boards: Cr12MoV / DC53
3. Timber mixed with sand & bark, heavy continuous operation: SKD11
4. Food chopping machinery: 55SiCr or stainless steel
