Forged components are commonly found at points of shock and stress such as wheel spindles, kingpins, axle beams and shafts, torsion bars, ball studs, idler arms, pitman arms and steering arms. In forging, the metal is pounded and deformed, but the grain flow remains unbroken, allowing it to retain its strength.

Die forged hexagon head screw nuts applicaiton: mechanical and structural assembly, construction and in frastructure, automotive components, aerospace engineering, mining and excavation.

Heating: the steel is heated to a high temperature, making it malleable and ready for shaping.

Die forging:

  1. Initial shaping: the heated steel is placed between die molds and subjected to high pressure to form the rough shape of the hexagon head screw nut.
