Baoding Longway was established based on its own physical processing plant, with the aim of providing professional and high-quality customized components to manufacturers in various industries around the world. Our demonstrated production and technical teams not only have excellent processing capabilities, but more importantly, our engineers have 30+ years of rich experience in related casting and forging fields, which enables us to correctly understand customer drawing requirements and better control every step of the whole production process and ensure consistency on products.
Relying on our professional technique, whenever any casting/forging defects are found or customer requests any technical improvement plan, our engineers can rapidly find the root cause, adjust production process and offer quick feedback on the mentioned action.
Besides that, our plant have introduced more and more equipment to match the processing requirements of different products, for example, vertical and horizontal CNC machining center can process high accuracy machinery parts and maximum increase the production efficiency, special balancing machine can be used for checking the unbalance performance of rotor products like pulley. These professional equipments are the solid foundation for us to fast deliver customers with high-quality and low-cost custom metal parts.

Quality Assurance
Our processing plant has passed ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification, and most our cooperative castings & forging factories also have been ISO certified or TS16949 certified. Plus our process inspection and first piece inspection with precision measuring equipment, which makes us have strong ability to control well the products quality.
For outsourcing production, Baoding Longway will appoint professional person to closely follow up the production steps in every factory, so that no quality issues at each step before approving it to the next process.
Till now, Baoding Longway created own quality control flowchart to ensure our supplied products in good quality.
For every developed product, we will perform the following control flow:
Customer inquiry with drawing → Study drawing and choose production process → Quotation → Interaction with customer and reach agreement → Receiving customer purchasing order → Convert customer drawing to Longway production drawing for approval → Make Process Flowchart, Control Plan and PFMEA → Samples production → Testing, measurement and Analysis → PPAP submission → Delivery samples for customer approval
For products in mass production, we promise to execute same production process with samples so that customer will receive same quality. Before each batch shipment, we usually will do sampling inspection and provide customer dimensions & material inspection report.

Operation Flexibility

Relying on our own processing capabilities and multiple reliable cooperative suppliers, we can operate your orders of different quantities more flexibly and conveniently, since we already have an overall large order volumes from our suppliers so that we can accept a lower MOQ. We are also able to offer you a wider variety of products allowing you to place a mixed order.
Besides, we have specially built a warehouse. For those regular ordered products but with small order quantity each time, we usually will produce some more quantity at a time, some for scheduled shipment per order and the extra pieces to be kept in our warehouse. By this flexibly operation, on the one hand we have stock parts to support customer urgent demands at any time, on the other hand, producing a larger quantity at one time can helps us to motivate the involving factories production positivity.
Another point is, we are a machining factory but not a casting or forging factory, it means we will not be limited by the production process of customer needed products, we can flexibly allow the product blanks in casted version or forged version or metal profiles, if only our machining equipment is suitable for the product, we can operate and deliver finished products per customer demands. Even if sometimes our equipment may be unsuitable, we still can complete production in our cooperative factories.
Exceeding Services
From initial RFQ stage, our technical team will not provide a solution per customer drawing requirement in a rush, we will first evaluate the drawing carefully and discuss details with customer to find any deviations or possibility of production. Since there is a gap between ideal and reality, the drawing designer may be not clear about the feasibility of using a certain process to produce the product. While with professional technique and rich experiences, our engineers can help customer to select the most suitable process so as to obtain high-quality products in the most efficient way and avoid unnecessary troubles/defects/costs in production and application.
Throughout the entire production process of purchase orders, our production team will closely follow up and update status to customers, so that customers know about the latest situation of each product. In case any changes on the production or delivery schedule, advice and get customers approval by written is definitely we will do in advance.
After finishing delivery per schedule, it doesn’t mean the end of an order; after-sales service is an extension of sales and an integral part of product selling. In addition to providing the documents required by customers at any time, suppose there is any quality problem feedback/complaint, we will respond to customers immediately, by organizing a dedicated after-sales team to find the root cause and corrective actions, we will revert to customers in 8D report form to ensure that this problem will not happen again.
